Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

At ROVOFRIST PERFUME, we are committed to providing high-quality fragrances and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific conditions for returns and refunds.

By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased on clearance or discount (unless defective)

4. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • You may be offered a replacement or refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

5. Exchange Policy

We may offer exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is damaged or defective

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  3. Wait for approval before returning the item

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs are non-refundable

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

9. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:

  • The customer may be required to pay for re-delivery
