At ROVOFRIST PERFUME, we are committed to providing high-quality fragrances and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific conditions for returns and refunds.
By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the item
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased on clearance or discount (unless defective)
4. Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
- You may be offered a replacement or refund
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
5. Exchange Policy
We may offer exchanges if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product is damaged or defective
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Wait for approval before returning the item
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
7. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs are non-refundable

- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
